Hi support team.
My customer is experimenting with a very slow rotation setting on the MCT8329EVM.
When they gradually reduce the speed command setting from 50% Duty via I2C, a Loss of sync error occurs at around 25% and the motor stops.
The motor specs are below;
Rated voltage: 24V
Rated current: 5.6A
Maximum current: 7.5A (10 seconds)
No-load current: 0.35A
Rated torque: 1N/m
Maximum torque: 1.44N/m
Rated rotation speed: 210rpm
No-load rotation speed: 578rpm
Number of pole pairs: 14
L: Unknown
R: Unknown
Back emf coefficient: unknown
Although they achieved a rotation speed of less than 100 rpm, there is a high possibility that people will give up on using the MCT8329A because they do not know how to set it up.
Can you help me find the best settings?
