MCT8316ZTEVM: MCT8316ZTEVM: Questions

Hello I am testing MCT8316ZTEVM, and I have some questions;

(1) RED LED (set for nFAULT)  keep flasing, what status does it stand for? 

(2) When the alarm generated, is the nFAULT always in low status?

(3) I am planning to apply rated hall voltage as 5 volts for my motor with MCT8316Z0T,

but as long as I check the rated voltages related with driver's hall signals,

It seems to be expected AVDD 3.3volts.

If I use it with the 5 volts as hall voltage, what kind of wiring diagram should I apply?
