DRV8262: Which would be the best H-Bridge to drive one 5A, 24V thermoelectric cooler?

Hello,

   I have a project where we need to drive a 24V, 5A thermoelectric cooler. Need H-bridge because we need to switch polarity based on whether we are heating or cooling. Which part do you recommend? We were looking at the DRV8262 and DRV8243-Q1 or even something simple like the DRV8874. Would like to have current monitoring. What part do you recommend? Would like a part that works and is also in stock somewhere.
