DUT run the power ON 90s/ OFF 20s test on the ambient temperature (25 degrees), we found the DRV10975 Fault: 0x1 (error rate 1/2124)
At -5 degrees condition that the error rate 14/99. we measured current 2.54A or 3.04 <3.2A (HWiLimitThr [2:0]) that can't trigger the fault code.
What's trigger time of Lock 0 fault? In this case, what we need to confirm parameter setting?
