DRV10983: Unable to reach the maximum motor speed with load

Hi Team,

I use DRV10983 to drive a three-phase DC motor, and I have two problems.

1. The motor speed with load cannot reach the value specified in the motor's manual. For example, the motor speed with load is supposed to be 2800rpm, but currently it can only reach 2400rpm.

2. At the maximum speed that can be achieved at present, the motor will automatically reduce the speed after running for a few minutes, to only about 1000 rpm.

Could you please tell me how to solve it?
