DRV10987: drv10987 GUI and installation problem

Dear TI Team,

We are facing problem during installation and after installation .

if we install set up then generate register writing problem  . And we cant set any parameters.

Then i deleted and uninstalled usb to any and lab view software and again install .

But every time same issue observed. 

so pls suggest, how to resolve .
