DRV10963: OPT operation

Hello Support team,

DRV 10963 has OTP for several configurations. Is it only one chance to able to set the register for EVM?

According to Figure 19 in DRV10963 datasheet, the start-up time seems to take around 2s.
Is it normal performance? Is it possible to expect faster start up?
