we are using drv8323rsrgzr with the mosfet csd19533q5b and using 6pwm to run the motor . The problem is as when the load is connected the drv8323rsrgzr is getting chip off immediately and sometimes the motor runs for a second and then the drv8323rsrgzr is getting chip off .when the same pwm is given to drv8301 boostxl card its working fine , what may be the reason for this?
