Hello,
We are using DRV8323RSRGZR with the MOSFET CSD19533Q5B and using 6 PWM to run the motor .The problem is as and when the load is connected the DRV8323RSRGZR is getting chip off immediately
sometimes the motor runs for a second and then the DRV8323RSRGZR is getting chip off . when the same PWM is given to drv8301 boostxl card its working fine . what may be the reason for this ?
please reply asap .
