Dear sir,

I'm working on project of BLDC motor  drivers. The ratings are as follows:

I max =150A

V bus = 72V

I found IC DRV8353RS (SPI mode) as best for this application. But I'm having problem with the package availalble - RGZ and RTA package.

Is there any other package avalablie like - SOIC, SSOP, TSOP.
