Looking for Motor Driver with Boost Converter

Customer is looking for Motor Driver with Boost Converter. They estimated LT3572 is OK. 

The requirement:

1. Vin: 3.0V-5.0V
2. VOUT: >=35V @ >60KHz
3. Be able to drive 2 separate loads. Could be 1 PWM input, 2 PWM VOUT; Or 2 PWM input, 2 PWM VOUT.
4. Be able to generate VOUT PWM pulse to the loads. The VOUT PWM frequency is the same with the input PWM signals.
5. Be able to accept >60KHz input PWM signals.

Could you kindly help to recommend a suitable device?
