DRV8873-Q1: Sleep pin internal pull-up with DVDD

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask DRV8873H-Q1?

Does sleep pin have internal pull-up with DVDD?

The customer confirmed as follows; 
1. VM is no supply.
2. The motor operates externally(manually).
3. Back electromotive force occurs at the motor.
4. VM is supplied via boby diode of H-bridge FET.
5. DVDD increased.
6. The voltage of Disable pin and Sleep pin incresed.
So, on the datasheet block diagram, there is pull down at Sleep pin.   
However, it seems that the voltage of Sleep pin increased.
