DRV8303: C phase low side output(GL_C) doesn't have output

Hi ,

I am using drv8303 control 48V BLDC. The current status is no load. It's only 0.3A current. I am trying to adjust PWM duty cycle to control speed. But the Phase C lower side doesn't have output after the motor is running for a while.

Attached the DRV8303 schematic parts. Could you help me to find the reason?
