In my design, Power Supply is single-Li Cell (4.2V) , because of DRV8701's VDD range is exceeds 5.9V ,so I will use one Boost IC to convert to 6V+ to power DRV8701 (VM), but H-Bridge supply still derive from single-Li Cell (4.2V), Motor continuous current high up to 5A,
In case where VM supplied to the DRV8701 can be different from the external H-bridge supply,IDRIVE need shorted to AVDD, this setting, the IDRIVE current is set to 25-mA source and 50-mA sink. so will this lower sink/source current could driver 5A current followed FETs normally ? and what's relation between sink/source current and load current?
