DRV8301: 8301 is always faulty, but I don't know what kind of fault

The problem now is that the motor will stop when it is working for a period of time (more than 10 minutes). I got the status register 1 of the DRV8301 through the SPI and found that only the fault bit is high.

So I only know that the DRV8301 is faulty, but I can't confirm which fault it is.

How can I know what is happening with the DRV8301?
