3Phase ACIM Current Measurement Shunts Place

Hi

I have an 3 phase ACIM and current measurement is my problem.

The most of existing related designs place shunt resistance in series of motor input phase, but TI design particularly in HVKit(TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT) place shunt resistances at the tail of lower IGBTs and so TI controller have a sense from mentioned point current.

I have a plan to use TI controller board(TMDSCNCD28069MISO) for an existing ACIM drive that place shunts in first above mentioned model. May it have problems? Is there any solution(Hardware/Software based) for it?
