DRV8334: Vsense Register distribution tolerance

Hi GD team,

Our design is utilizing various DRV8334 protection features, and in particular we are getting close in normal operation to the Vsense protections, we wanted to know the general distribution of the values listed in the EC table. TI specifies a min/max in the table, I wanted to ask if further information could be shared by the team on the confidence intervals of these listed min/max values.

Are these tested EOL?

Can you share a sigma variaton of these values? 3/4/6 sigma for these min/max?
