DRV8836: Back EMF at AOUT/BOUT

In the case of this IC, I believe the motor voltage: VM = VCC.
If the back-EMF of VM causes AOUT/BOUT to exceed the VCC voltage, to what extent is it tolerable?

The rated VCC is 7V, so I think it is correct to consider the tolerance range to be 7V.
A customer enquired about the rated voltage of AOUT/BOUT, so I asked just to be sure.

In the customer's system, a voltage that exceeds VCC is observed when AOUT/BOUT rises (but only for a very short time).
