DRV8805: End of Life

I am currently looking for a unipolar stepper motor driver and I just wanted to know the Lifecycle for DRV8805.  Although I saw the design reference files for using a bipolar stepper motor driver, I was asked to use a unipolar stepper motor driver so I need to know DRV8805 was first released, expected End of Life.  If there are any newer alternative for this, it would be great if there's any reference for that.
