BOOSTXL-DRV8323RS: Lower leg gate waveform is abnormal

Hi Team,

Testing with the DRV8323RS development board and it's found that there is a ramp in the gate waveform of the 3-phase lower leg. The gate voltage is as high as 20 V when the lower leg is turned on and then slowly decreases. 

The customer would like to know what configurations or issues might cause this case? Thanks.
