DRV8243-Q1: TSD test

Customer are testing TSD function of DRV8243-Q1, and they found the phenomenon:

First, the experiment was carried out in the incubator, and the TSD bit was reported when the device around 175C;

Then the test was carried out with a heat gun, the protection action was triggered, but the over-temperature fault was not reported. (the actual temperature of the chip when the protection was triggered was unknown)

so they wonder if there is any influence to test by heat gun rather than incubator, maybe the temp raising speed or the temperature is uneven.

Another question is when TSD is reported, would the internal 5V be cut off?
