MCT8329A: How to solve the BST_UV_FAULT

Dear sir,

        When the motor is started forward or reverse, the motor often appears stuck and stall in the process of starting, Fault Status is  that "Boot Strap UV protection status[BST_UV_FAULT] is red".

Do you have any good suggestions to solve this problem?
