Good day!
Customer is complaining the R2 resistor is not mounted in the board.
Please check if R2 resistor should be mounted or not.

Among them, I have a technical inquiry regarding DRV10964EVM.
I tried to connect the wires and operate the motor while looking at the
data sheet, but
It doesn't rotate properly.
The data sheet says that R2 component (resistor) is installed.
Looking at the product, as you can see in the photo, there are no parts
installed, only soldering.
In this state, the appropriate voltage is not applied to pin 9 of the
driver IC DRV10964, and it does not operate.
Please judge whether the product is good or defective.
