DRV8350: charging pump？

hi Teams： 

DRV8350 currently has outputs for both the regulated VGLS and VDCC internally, but the charging pump is not working properly

1. Check the waveform of CPL, which is a charging and discharging waveform with a frequency of 270KHz. Previously tested normal, it seems to be over 20 KHz

At present, the voltage of VCP and VDRAIN is close, both around 24V

Question:

1. Under what circumstances will the charging pump not work properly

2. What does the frequency of the CPL pin waveform depend on? This part is not found in the specification book
