DRV8912-Q1: DRV8912QPWPRQ

1.while the DRV8912QPWPRQ is operated normally, set the output 12 chs as high voltage ,  and the OCP status bit is not set. 

2.  short OUT3 pin to GND, the OCP bit is set.

3. we can't clear the OCP bit  by CLR_FLT of CONFIG_CTRL register  , and Ouput3 is turn off ,however, I can't set it as high again.

4. while OUT3 OCP happened ，HB3_HS_OCP is 1，HB3_LS_OCP is 0，nfault is low
