DRV8329: Power Rating for Bootstrap Diodes

Hello,

We are trying to find the power rating/AMR of the bootstrap diodes in the DRV8329.  Is the current internally limited?

We would like to determine how quickly we can charge the bootstrap capacitors (on initial start-up, so from not charged -> fully charged). 
There is an effective resistance in the datasheet spec, but we weren't sure if there was an associated "max power dissipation" rating.
