DRV8841EVM: DRV8841EVM setting guidance

Hi team,

My customer is using our DRV8841EVM to drive stepper motor, but the motor is totally not move with below configuration.

Would you pls kindly help suggest if any configuration of the jumper or GUI setting is wrong? 

The waveform is tested in stepper motor side.
