DRV10983Q1EVM: GUI Error: Register reaading not successful

Hi TI expert,

We are using DRV10983Q1EVM with USB2ANY ( part no. HPA665-001) . The GUI is DRV109XXEVM.

When we open the application we get an error message saying "Register reading not successful. Please restart the GUI and try again".

After restarting the GUI many times, we are getting the same error. We have also given it power supply of 12V/24V, still it gives same error.
