DRV8301: Voltage output

Hi Team,

In the datasheet, VGH_X max high is mentioned to be at 11V. 

I understand that the Gate drive outputs on the HS FET (GH_x) will be PVDD + GVDD, and gate drive outputs on the LS FET (GL_x) are GVDD. In a customer design, they are using a 12V power supply and the Gate drive outputs give 20V which exceeds the 11V max in the datasheet. 

Is this normal and should be okay to use?
