DRV8834: The stepper motor voltage issue

Hi team,

As per Table 6 in Section 9.2.2.1 of the datasheet, can the DRV8834 only drive a stepper motor at 6V? If a 10-V stepper motor is to be driven, can VM be applied at 10 V? Or what kind of circuit should be added? 

Could you help check this case? Thanks.
