DRV8428: DRV8428 startup issue

This is Ram, We are migrating the motor driver from DRV8825 to DRV8428, We worked on the DRV8428EVM, But we made a separate PCB for the DRV8428. We can't able to run the motor. IC seems to be in good condition. 

I have attached the schematic of the PCB. Can you ensure, if there is any change? we need to know.......
