MCT8329A: The meaning of "MAX_SPEED" in the CONST_PWE register

Hi, 

I have a question about "MAX_SPEED" in the CONST_PWE register (90h).

Maximum Speed(Maximum Speed (Hz) = MAX_SPEED / 16), "Maximum Speed" is the number of revolutions (Hz) of the motor, and is it correct to understand that "MAX_SPEED" is multiplied by 16?
