DRV8302: just heating up & the gate drivers aren't working

Hi Team, 

Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of the customer.

"I need technical support on one of your motor drivers, the DRV8302.

I'm not too sure how to make it work, and so far it is just heating up & the gate drivers aren't working. GVDD is also at 2.4V for some reason when running it at 12V."
