DRV8462EVM: registers while communicating via SPI

I have a problem with registers when using spi communication. When I connect with spi all registers get set to 1 and can't be changed. I am sending a picture with registers and of the EVM board when powered. Is the chip broken or is there a way to reset register state to default values?
