I have used the DRV8301 in a design. Everything seems to be working correctly at low voltages (<~9V). I have a power supply for the design, and when I increase the voltage above ~9V, the DRV8301 stops switching the gates properly.
- Below ~9V, with no load, I get square waves from MOT+ to MOT- when switching the gates.
- Above ~9V, the gates stop switching and I no longer get a square wave on the transistor gates.
Are there any specific signals or voltages that I should investigate to provide further insight into the problem? The design is proprietary, so I cannot provide it in full, but I can provide details as necessary for debugging the circuit.
