MCT8329A: MCT8329EVM EEPROM Reset itself after power cycle

Hi,

I am currently using the MCT8329EVM evaluation board to test the MCT8329A. 
I used the user interface GUI to do the read/write. 

However, whenever I power cycle the board/MCT8329 the eerprom will be reset even I decouple the MCT8329EVM from the MCU after successful writing. 

How to I make sure the eeprom writing is permanent?
