DRV8701: nFAULT pin low impedance

Hi Team,

We have a motor controller product with DRV8701P solution. 

Recently, we received 3pcs defective box from customer. 

After checking all boxes, I found the nFAULT pin is low impedance (133ohm, 89ohm and 123ohm). 

May I know what reason cause nFAULT pin damage?
