DRV8323R: DRV8323R mosfet failed

Im using DRV8323R hardware version for my design, driver is running more than one year but suddenly one phase mosfet got burned.

From the power supply input (230VAC) , there is no earth line connected, in multimeter it shows 80VAC between neutral to earth.

will it cause, drive failure?
