BOOSTXL-DRV8320S: Incorrect Chip

Good Day.

The customer is trying to evaluate the DRV8320 using SPI control. He ordered a BOOSTXL-DRV8320S CB evaluation board and it is labeled that on the bottom between the two headers. However, the driver IC that is populated on the PCB (silk-screened BOOSTXL-DRV8320XEVM MDBU020 A) is a DRV8320H. According to the datasheet this “H” does not support SPI.

He would expect the "S" variant of the IC vs the "H" variant to be on the eval PCB for SPI control.
