Dear experts,
My customer one board DRV8718-Q1 charge pump damaged which can only output 9V. They've already manufactured 10Ks DRV8718-Q1 without problem. What might cause DRV8718 charge pump damage? We have OVP, OCP, ESD protection to protect charge pump ,right?
