DRV8306: Motor is taking high current

We are using DRV8306 inorder to drive the motor. Motor is having no load speed of 24K Rpm and no load current is 200mA at 24V. Attached the datasheet of motor & schematics. We had increased the speed by increasing the dutycycle of PWM. PWM frequency is set to 25KHz. By increasing the dutycycle to 97% the speed reaches 20K rpm and at no load it is taking almost 4A. What may be the possible reasons for increase in the current at no load.
