MCF8316A: IIC communication

Hi Team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

Customers are the IC programmer manufacturer and their customer is requesting them to support MCF8316A1VRGFR algorithm development.

Testing result is that the program and read are all normal but sometime after programmed, IIC communication will be NACK and can not be read or program again. Please refer to the result:

1. they have changed the I2C Target Address, 0-0xFF is NACK.
2. AVDD measure is 3.3V
3. DVDD measure is 1.5V
4. Vbk measure Buck regulator is 3.3V

Could you please help check this case? Thanks.
