DRV8876-Q1: Simulation error

I was trying to do simulation for DRV8876 in LTspice giving  inputs at IN1 and IN2.Whatever the input condition is I am only getting high on OUT1 and OUT2 pins. I have tried the following conditions

1) IN1 High and IN2 Low

2)IN1 Low and IN1 High

3)IN1 and IN2 PWM with 100kHz duty

Vm 12V is given

Vref 3.3V

Pmode is given high

Imode is grounded with 30k

Iprop is grounded with 1500ohms.

Please correct me if anything I have done wrong
