DRV2700: 5 or 12V Boost to 100V

Could you help to recommend DC 5V or DC 12V to convert a square wave voltage of about 100VAnd the output voltage of 100V is High low.0V >100V > 0V >100V continuous square wave.And I want the frequency to be adjustable, about 1HZ~60Hz.See if there is a Demo board you can give me.Frequency can be adjusted.
