MCT8316Z: Excessive power

Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

The following problems occur when designed according to the board circuit:

1) excessive current consumption, 12-V operation reaches 10-W power consumption. There is no power consumption when the motor is not driven, while when the motor is driven, the PWM is set to zero and the power consumption is still present.

2) fault is always on.

Could you help check this case?  Thanks.
