DRV8243-Q1: MOSFET Power consumption

Hi team

I want to know why DRV8243SQRXYRQ1 could have 12A output current capability? 

The Rdson of MOSFET is 84mΩ, and power loss is 12*12*0.084=12W, I believe this is too large for a H-Bridge Driver, could you help give your comments on the power consumption estimation with 12A output current?
