DRV8908-Q1: Over temperature protection shutdown

My customer is using DRV8908. The loads are:

2 loads: low-side switch driver, max current: 2A, they paralleled the two channels of DRV8908 to drive one load;

4 loads: low-side PWM driver (max current: 0.2A) or high-side switch driver (max current: 0.35A).

Shortly after power-on, the DRV8908 quickly triggered the over temperature protection shutdown.

Based on datasheet, customer's loads didn't exceed the device specification.

Why does it trigger the over temperature protection shutdown so quickly?

If DRV8908 isn't suitable to customer's application, could you please recommend another device?
