DRV8718-Q1: power off braking

Hi Expert,

As you can see below, PVDD overvoltage protection is active when POB. From my understanding, the POB is used  for EMF. How does EMF impact PVDD and Vbattery? 

Is the internal OV Detect still active even BRKAE pin is pulled low?

How does the RC Deglitch work? Do you have waveform showing? Thanks.
