DRV8701: Motor driver IC burn during operation

Hello,

We have develop board around DRV8701 for Motor driving.

Motor Specification: 

Voltage: 24VDC from battery

Watt: 500W.

We are using CSD18542KCS MOSFET with 5mohm sensing resistor. 

Observation:

When we start motor (actual steady state current is 5 to 10 Amp max.) and then we applied STOP ( nsleep = 0 ) to stop motor then DRV8701 start heating. we observed High side MOSFET also damaged.

We observed same on three board out of on one board DRV8701 IC burn 

Please help us to resolve this issue.
