Iam working on DRV8301.When i use OCP current limit mode with motor than device turn off the mosfets but without motor output come on the mosfets.Is switching speed of the MOSFETs is creating the problem??Iam using IRFP260n MOSFETs.
In OCP current limit mode ,how much time does the device take to start Vds sensing after enabling the mosfets??
